14:06 Granted there’s something to be said about Equipment Bulk + Fatigue / IN THEORY you would never need to use it etc (and for the higher ups i guess cost lol), but has anyone made Hybrid APR or PAPR - SCBA Systems for Firefighters?
I know AVON has some sort of one, but it is aimed more at “Mostly PAPR, with a Burst of SCBA maybe” type jobs, while firefighting would be the inverse of “Mostly SCBA with Emergency APR or PAPR mode”
Most cartridges do good at Particulate, or Vapors / Acid Gas (TICs and CBRN etc), i’d have to read up on if any do Carbon Monoxide too.
Granted anything beats breathing raw smoke I guess, even if it is just your jacket/being damn close to the ground etc 💀
All in all damn good video as usual, keep up the great work!

Really great class! I like the idea of three W’s vs Lunar. Really good point about the Co2 retention on skip breathing. The music on this video is legit!

I like the Wheel breathing technique but it should be mentioned that it will only work on Scott brand SCBAs with the VibeAlert
