In my favourite era of AVGN, he was looking at other systems like 3DO, Atari Jaguar, Sega 32X CD and so on.

Sadly production on our feature-length film "The Angry Reviewer Movie 2: Sub-Section 8 Knights" was cancelled after we blew the budget on his new habanero sauce brand. If the Angry Reviewer's Patreon raises $900k in the next hour though we promise filming will resume!

Love the "Hey f*ckers. We've made over 800 podcast clips and 950+ RCA videos, but YouTube only show you AVGN ones because you only click on AVGN ones" 😂

Hey! The Angry Reviewer here! I'm just the actor, my friend is the writer and creator (though I do a bunch of super cool interviews and non-embarrassing movie/TV reviews, unlike my character)! You're right, we were both big fans of all of these angry reviewers back in the day, and still sometimes have a night of drinking while riffing on their movies/reviews! So, there is still plenty of material to work with! Stay tuned!

It’s time for James to move onto the PS1/N64, or PS2/Xbox/GameCube era, because he’s drawn all the blood from the 8 and 16 bit eras there is

the sauce reveal was so 2025 james.
i hate when influencers simply put their name on an existing product that has nothing to do with them.
i gotta admit though that mike mateis creamy white sauce is a solid meme. i wonder if it's better than dad's cream.

'Werewoof' is how Scooby Doo would say it and probably has!

Someone made the comment (on his Werewolf video) that the only reason he was wearing the classic nerd shirt was so they didn't have to put hair on his arms, lol. That's probably correct.

the werewooff

i was waiting for this one.
i'm glad that you sometimes clarify that you're not haters of james but supporters, that you like him but use a funny and direct way of constructive criticism, because we all want to see him do better.

That hot sauce ad read montage is giving strong RLM vibes. Nicely edited Conor!

Yeah I think people definitely get the wrong idea about pointing out things about James because they're not as aware of him as an individual as many long time fans.  Videos like this aren't about insulting him but just wishing he was doing better and showing passion instead of being, as you said, ad talent.  Personally the one thing he does is when actually responding is throw his kids/family under the bus and try to take some kind of moral high ground of "No time, muh kids" as if none of his viewers can relate.  Like it's cool to not feel the same kind of passion as he did when was in his 20s but own up to it, not make excuses.

One of the commenters on an earlier video called it Monster Milquetoast. That's definitely my favourite.

I couldn't wait for you guys to cover the latest AVGN because he says werewoof so much.

I really truly sincerely hope to see a James renaissance era where he shaves his head, grows a beard, and makes some videos with a decent level of energy and real interest.

It's weird that, of all the weird crap Screenwave forces James to sell, they don't keep the actual AVGN blu rays in stock. Been sold out for over a year

The point about realizing you're wasting your time is spot on. I think some of the best tv and movies I've seen are ones where time goes by without realizing it. If I find myself looking down at my watch then it's not good.

He feels guilty for copying Mike Matei without him.

Yeah the werewolf game was originally a Wolverine game....lost the license before it came out

The hat looks great on you, don't let anyone tell you otherwise
