Oh Luche, you don't even know what reckless IS with Elmyas yet. Just wait until he sees a Golden Merchant Lana(or whatever they translate it as). It's fat crown wearing golden lana. He literally charges after it, before remembering they can't even catch it OR damage it, after a few minutes of chasing.
That said, not much to say about the episode itself. Like that they DO miss, but there's leeway enough in most of Elmyas' plans that they don't have to be 100% all the time, showing why he tends to be the plan guy, since he won't lock them into something, and can adapt if need be.

I'd be worried that that Golem was going to cause a cave in more than anything because if it's that big and daunting It Could Just Kill Them just with the rubble. At any moment it would crash into the wall.

this anime is awesome. animation isn't he best but the story and mmo elements are engaging enough to look past it!

He is seriously sitting around in his heavy full-body armor even when they're in a horse carriage. Even when they're in a diner sitting down to eat, like the armor would be a sweater. We see this too much in trashekai. In reality carrying that weight, 33 to 55 pounds, all day long would cause you to collapse. Imagine how uncomfortable it would be. Would you make an anime in modern times with someone wearing a motorbike helmet all day long?
