In Puerto de Mazarrron, a weekly market takes place on Sundays (with some exceptions). You can find shoes, clothing, vegetables, household goods, home textiles, freshly grilled chicken, leather goods, bags, meat, ham, and much more.

This is a glimpse into a weekly market in Murcia, on the Mediterranean coast of Spain.

I'll take you on a tour of the market with its many stalls.

The location of the town and the market is described, and I'll show you the ride there and back by motorcycle from the campsite.

I met my campsite neighbor, Andreas, with his Appenzeller Mountain Dog.

We didn't buy any chicken, though, as eating it on-site wasn't allowed. You can take the chicken away pre-packaged.

I bought a small bag. The money bag at the end of the video is, of course, just a joke.

All markets have one thing in common: people walk side by side, no one can get past. If people do meet, it's always right in the middle of the path. That's probably the case at every market.
