To everyone 10:25 is satire🫠

Tracing for a commission is wild.. Someone paid you to draw them a piece by yourself, not to trace a random picture off the internet!! At this point they shouldn’t have paid you at all since they can take the same picture off the internet.

First one is okay but not at the same time. Like it’s okay to use it as a reference for autonomy and placements. But NOT for commissions and passing it on as your hard work piece even if you rendered it and what not. 😎

Art confession!!!!:
I never flipped my canvas in digital art,I just move on and live happily but I only flipped in traditional art.

First video and I already disagree!!!! Tracing is okay for learning, yes, but you still can’t credit that as your art because you didn’t even really draw it. Just study and practice anatomy!

3:11 that pissed me off SO bad

"Unpopular opinion: -" ah ah ah, ill stop you there, its unpopular for a reason.

0:00 HELL no, for payment I think not 💔😭

The eyes are at last 🔪 🩸 LOL

having that title and then adding AI slop is insane 10:38😭😭😭

Bro 9:55 sound was lowkey traumatizing ❤❤

0:24 When you trace it and especially don't give credit it's weird. Also using it for a commission is wild (the commissioner might as well do it themselves). You can trace images but give credit and don't say it's all made by you

10:26 girl i am so sorry to inform you but this “artist” uses ai😭

5:06 why i thinked the sound was my stomach...😔

5:24 YIPPEE RTC mentioned!

Tracing is fine. But if someone is paying you for ORIGINAL work.

5:53 ITS COLEHAIRLESSCAT!!
"I know him, that cauhnt bee!"
Lol

the 1st one i half-agree with. i dont think tracing is like that horrible. ofc dont trace for commissions but tracing the outline of a photo when you know ur only gonna use that as a reference is fine imo (with credits if u post it tho). you shouldn't trace other ppl's art tho. (but i think its ok if you trace your own art if ur just trying to replicate smthn u did before)

adding that like if you're for example trrying to practice rendering the way that person in the 1st video does, the lines and stuff arent what ur focusing on, its the coloring and how the lighting/shadows work. in this instance i dont think tracing is that big of an issue bc ur just getting to the point of what ur trying to study.

I half agree with the first one,i think it’s an option to start practicing, slowly you can develop the skills and do it free hand eventually!

Popular opinion learn to do art by looking at references and other peoples work or style irl examples like drawlinga house if u hsve the time to can help u improve your art , most artist learn from manga tut books even if your art starts off bad dont grt demotivated also ask artists with more experience if u live in bigger places like london or new york u can always find artists who u can comision to make mostly portraits , just ask them for tips if u like there 'style' or technique. (my opinnion to the first video)😅
