●1. COMMON SENSE......(braze meat first, remove, braze onions, remove, add meat and onions back, add hardest veggies first, add softer veggies last, Stir occasionally, control heat)
●2. SKILL....( making potjie without adding additional tap water).....
●3. PERSONAL PREFRENCES...(with or without water, specific spices/sauces you prefer to add to the potjie)
