Hextra hates space , that’s why he’s getting that LoTR mat

I TOTALLY didn't need this video to dissuade me from buying this game. Im watching for the pure comedic GOLD. The Game looks amazing but WOW the price is ridiculous. Im looking forward to till Oct 2027 for the Retail version (which still has a high price of $100) :D

My dear sir, PLEASE do one for Nemesis Legacy. We NEED a 15 reasons why. PLEASE!!!!

@robcannon 19 hours ago

You won't talk me out of it. You don't need to talk me out of the playmat, though.

Great video bad boy. Does anyone not know Viggo broke his foot? Not anymore.

@Twineandribbon 17 hours ago

I want this one so bad. A bit like the CMoN Dune game - I would probably like it but I just don’t have the group

@Drumox 19 hours ago

I like how this game is a bit like memoir 44 with a bit of programming and the toy factor ratcheted to 11

Thank you Chris George, the Bad Boy of Board Games. I was planning on backing this, but became hesitant when the price point was revealed. Your bad boy logic has convinced me to officially let this one pass me by.

I like these videos. I don't have much to say on this video. I will save my thoughts for the nemesis one... But genuinely thank you for making these.

Too light for how much space, toys, and amount of $$. I may consider retail edition in the future.

@Nick_F4022 11 hours ago

Was hoping for this video. I'll probably need one for the new Dune edition too!

Not now, babe, the bad boy of board gaming is trying to save me money again

@refreshdaemon 14 hours ago

I'm definitely going to buy this... but at retail. I just don't have the space for giant cosmetics for games anymore. If I had a big house and a gaming room (and the money for all that), I'd buy this in a heartbeat. But that's not me and my situation. Looks like a lot of fun and I love LotR and this looks like a solid middle ground 1v1 LotR game when War of the Ring will be too much.

About the 5$ pledge. The main reason I do it on KS, it's because it count you as a backer and you have an easy access to update and email about it. I did late pledge a few campaign, those I have to go see IF there is an update. Otherwise, I despise the sunk sunk cost policy. Also dislike that stupid 1$ pre-campaign pledge! (I had to)

@Drumox 19 hours ago

JOKE'S ON YOU, I'M GONNA BACK IT ANYWAYS (commenting before even watching)

@jesuso.4166 13 hours ago (edited)

Convinced me to cancel my pledge but doubled down on nemesis core box and retaliation, haha. I may swap one box for the legacy one but can't decide whether it improves upon retaliation or not. I'll buy the LOT game at retail.

5 reasons. 5 hundred individual dollars. I actually wouldn't mind a major battlefield game, but I'm burnt out on LOTR. If it were say World of Warcraft with all the different sub classes, and a risk like game, with a solo mode? That would be an instant back for me. The other reason is, I already have 7 or 8 other thematic games with tons of miniatures to paint, I don't need this.

@Hysudyi 14 hours ago

Could you do one about the Blasphemous board game? :>

@foodflights1408 17 hours ago

And the REAL #1 reason not to back this game: It isn't on Teburu.

@azzagee3690 16 hours ago (edited)

I'm still deciding but #4 could be the dealbreaker. It is not a 3-4 player, it's a 2-player game that pretends to be a 3-4 player game, and War of the Ring would be far superior. I don't want to buy a $500 2-player game. My other concern is that Fate of the Fellowship is simply superior as well for 3-4 players, and cheaper.
