"Resulting from a series of ret-cons to string together some other inconsistencies and then introducing a couple more" just about sums up 50% of the Legends continuity /s

5:28 Kix's story in canon is funny
frozen in 19 BBY
skips the entire galactic empire
defrosted by Sidon Ithano's crew in 31 ABY (estimate) and joins it

The beautiful irony of being created as a disposable pawn to facilitate the rise of an evil empire, only for a number of those so called "pawns" to not only out live said empire but even help accelerate it's downfall.

I believe the Spaarti cloning cylinders were retconned to be a secondary form of cloning started by Palpatine.

They could create clones much faster than the Kaminon's method, but were inferior.

I can't remember where it's said, but it's mentioned somewhere in the lore that all the Imperial personnel on Kamino were killed when the Rebels invaded, so it was always my assumption that Cody sadly died with the rest of the garrison on Kamino, bitter and relegated to his homeworld under a tyrannical Empire that he seemed to dislike regardless of his service to it. Also, is Tag in anyone else's top 10 least favorite Clones? Guy shot down Plo Koon the GOAT and then did nothing else except brag about it afterwards like it was some crazy feat.

These kinda videos are probably my favorite on Datapad, just Corey diving into the deep Expanded Universe and helping unearth memories of me as a kid having access to all kinds of classic Star Wars books and comics via all my school and public libraries

I really hated how Able was kinda wasted as a character, it would have been neat for Luke to have an ally during the Rebellion era for him to learn more about the Clone Wars and potentially his father, nothing to upset what we learn in ESB or RoTJ but just give Luke an interesting character from the Clone Wars era after losing Obi-Wan, someone who could teach him some combat and survival skills also.

Seeing Tag, Cody and Bly in thrawns revenge minor groups always brings a smile to my face

Last time I was this early, we were still fighting the Taung on Notron.

Really glad I found this channel at 3am one day

We need a series on the clone underground

So clones could not only stop their aging, but even make their lifespan longer than the non-clone human one.

What did Palpatine say once? An Empire for "ten-thousand years"?

Not into The Force Unleashed II anymore, but the idea of Commander Cody becoming a bitter instructor on Kamino and possibly getting unceremoniously killed on a Rebel attack sometime later sure has some poetic significance.

2:08: Lord Shadowspawn/Cronal is also quite the boogeyman, as he's also known as Perek and Agent Blackhole, and possibly even Zeta Magnus and Atha Prime. Morbidly enough, he's also the founder and mentor to THE 501st Legion of Battlefront II 2005 fame... said "Vader's Fist" is all but confirmed to be his soldiers in the novel Luke Skywalker and the Shadows of Mindor.

Really wish we got a Republic comic featuring Spar and his Super-Commandoes hunting down Padme Amidala.

Spar's weird retcons is more the fault of author Karen Traviss not being faithful with already established lore.
Also, Shysa appears to be pronounced as "shai-sah".

11:19: 59 to 60 years after the Clone Wars.

It doesn't seem to be canon anymore thanks to The Bad Batch, but I once read a really good fanfic short story of a Rebellion-supporting Rex visiting Kamino after the collapse of the Empire and reconciling with an Empire-supporting Cody, based on his Legends fate.

Stranded clones who never got Order 66 would probably be superb assets to try and find for the New Republic and New Jedi Order. They can just pick right up where they left off. Maybe a bit too old by then, although we see that's no obstacle to them still kicking ass.

According to George Lucas's MTV interview, as of ESB around 50% of Stormtroopers were Jango clones, while the rest were "guys, who got Shangaied" (fooled/pressed into military service).

I assume Jaing helped Boba because he knew it’s what Kal would have done. I also assume he didn’t tell Boba how many clone deserters there were or where they were in case Boba still had a grudge from when the null gave him a swirly and stuffed him in a locker.

"Since the Empire has redirected the clone trooper program to other pursuits and stepped up recruiting inferior humans from the Outer Rim, the operational effectiveness of this army has declined significantly." ―Commander Cody

"Lord Shadowspawn?" lmao, thought this was April Fools' Day for a sec

I like how reference Jaing and his gloves.

Don’t forget Captain Rex, whom survived as far as taking part in the battle of endor as part of rebel strike team on the forest moon.
