I think makeup companies have caught on to the fact that we are such a brand-obsessed society that we will pay $40 for an item that is almost the same as the $15 alternative, just because it is a brand name

Monica! Maybe for products you’re in-between about, instead of ghosting and toasting together maybe you can add a new option and call it “coast”? Like you’re kinda gonna just sit on it, ride it out, it won’t be your first reach but you still have some hope for it. I’m thinking like the pic of New York sitting on the bed with her shades on lmao. Just an idea since it doesn’t happen much but it could be kinda useful as a middle ground potentially!

honestly for the bronzing drops moisturizer combo since you can pump individually i see it being good for someone who uses them in a routine but pumping the moisturizer only, then pumping the bronzing drops and using the top as like a palette to mix with a primer. i think this design choice was good since it doesn’t force you to pump both at the same time and mix it when you don’t want to

with the one size correctors, i tried the formula in store and i think it’s so good but the main thing with color correctors is that the tone is supposed to be correct. i have fair skin, and i wouldn’t use the green or light peach corrector since they’re such an odd tone of green and peach that wouldn’t be neutralizing anything, a good green for fair skin is a mute green that leans beige, for example the green color corrector from the saem, the one size one is this weird neon green that’s less matcha and more granny smith apple with some fluorescence

can you reuse the elf x bubble packaging? like could you theoretically open it up and refill it from individual bottles of each product so you can keep using the packaging without having to repurchase it specifically

I think the onesize corrector should’ve been rated lower for shade range. It is unusable by light to medium-deep skin tones because of the lack of a mid-tone peach shade - that’s literally the corrector most PoCs, and particularly South Asians need!

I’ve been eyeing the one size stain. But I just don’t see a shade that will work for me. The idea of a staining color corrector I absolutely love but they would need a shade extension.

I love u so much. I’m African Colombian Puerto Rican and 2% European but I’m pale as a ghost. U truly are one of the best voices of inclusivity and the only content creator that doesn’t shove 50 different products that do the exact same thing as each other down ur viewers throats. U truly give me hope that ppl will stop falling for consumerism that content creators normalize😭.
