What do Taiwanese locals actually eat for breakfast? 🇹🇼

I'm a Taiwanese American guy from Los Angeles, and today I'm visiting two family-run breakfast spots in Taiwan that most tourists would probably never go to.

Not because they're bad or anything. They're just kind of in the middle of nowhere.

Figured if I wanted to try authentic Taiwanese breakfast, I should probably go where actual Taiwanese people eat instead of wherever Google tells tourists to go (I used google to find these two spots lol).

So here I am, eating noodles and trying a bunch of traditional Taiwanese breakfast foods at random neighborhood restaurants.

No Michelin stars. No famous chefs. Just regular people making breakfast for other regular people.

Honestly, that's kind of what I like about it.
