It was awesome how Marcia sensed two possible feelings in Jennifer's voice just like that, so early in the conversation...Wow!

She is procrastinating. I resonate with her. I am in the process of developing my first coaching program as well, and I have been delaying getting the work done and being inconsistent in the process. Since this program is about her journey (as is mine), she should ideally detach from the outcome which is that everyone will jump at the opportunity to do this program, and rather focus on the accomplishment of creating and launching the program. The likelihood is that very few will take the course, at first. She will find that her next mission is to learn how to market the program. The other thing about finding the time or the motivation or a quiet time to focus on the development requires more boundaries and less excuses. I hope she finishes it soon as launches it. All the best to her. Side note: I find it amazing how coaches need coaches to walk through issues that these coaches actually already know how to get out of, or work through. Really what they need is a sounding board - a form of confirmation. Just an interesting observation. Im glad I came across this video.

Thank you for sharing, Marcia. Always a pleasure to see you thinking with you clients together.

You are incredible Marcia. I loved the way you could articulate her fear in less than 5 minutes

Love!

Love it. So powerful and smooth. @Marcia you are amazing

Lovely session!  Lots to learn from.

Love, how can you hold on to that !

I would love to know how to access Jennifer's program. Is that possible?

At 11:16 Marcia starts laughing at the coachee. Of course, after the coachee starts laughing herself, too.
