Can't say enough positive things about everyone from Sally to Suranne to Sophie to the entire cast and crew connected with Gentleman Jack. It has changed my life. I've watched it 25 times!

As a fellow Northern lass I am so proud and so moved and so thankful for this interview Pat and mostly being able to hear the acknowledgment of this magical global journey of the Gentleman Jack community that is still forever growing. The impact on life stories  changed by the GJ effect and strength of community that exists is mind blowing. The sheer joy it brings shines a massive light in these troubled times, I pray and hope Anne and Ann can see this from up there. The amazing talent of Surrane Jones and Sophie Rundle and the pure brilliance of Sally Wainwright and her dedication in bringing this piece of Lesbian history to the our attention at the right time is phenomenally important. I thank you from the bottom of my ❤️
Least us not forget the series production team and the wonderful scholars and research teams and code breakers still working hard through her diaries, thankyou. It is how Sally describes it so perfectly, it is like discovering an unknown Shakespeare but it’s our very own Queen of Halifax Anne Lister.

It’s brilliant because of Suranne & Sally’s writing.

I'm so glad to have heard them talk about the hilltop reunion (44:00) and the kiss.  THE most brilliant acting in that scene (largely Suranne) that I've EVER seen!

Thank you!! This live was AWESOME. It's just so good to know how hard they're working on it even with the quarantine. They're so dedicated and such a bless.

Thank you sooo much everyone! Pat, Sally and Suranne you made my day! Still recovering 😂

Thank you Pat, Steph, and Liv for bringing us Sally and Suranne today, and of course, the surprise of O'Hooley and Tidow! Simply marvelous...a blessing to us all!

DAMNED COVID! WHEN CAN WE HOPE FOR SEASON TWO??? Go safely! We ❤️ you ladies!

I first saw Suranne in Doctor Who. She played the physical embodiment of the TARDIS. She was great. In Gentleman Jack she is brilliant. Fabulously talented.

Suranne Jones.... hmmmm❣️ 💋 🥰 😍 😘 Dr Foster, Scott & Bailey... BRAVISSIMA!!!
Unlike others, I LOVED the intimate glances to the camera, it brought out her mischievous - but also in some ways calculating, single-mided selfishness, in some ways -

Lesbians the world over THANK YOU WOMEN for bringing our herstory alive❣️

Thank you so much for sharing the 'live' so much appreciation for having these wonderful people coming together at such as this!!!!

Thanks for this amazing gif for the fans of Anne lister on her birthday. Sally and Suranne are so brilliant. Season 2 is gonna be amazing just like the first. Love hearing these amazing women.

amo a Gentleman Jack, me encanta la entrevista a Suranne Jones y Sally Wainwright

I love ANN lister I've been happily married to a man 4nearly 30years! I new about shibbden Hall from school and as a musuiem. Then got to know about Ann lister she was truly a amazing woman for her time and now not many women can do the things she did and got throw. Everyone involved with the book and production of Ann lister and shibbdan Hall are truly amazing people thank you so much for bringing light to a amazing woman.

You all are amazing. Thank you for taking your time to do this live stream! And btw, I LOVE YOU SURANNE! Greatings from Costa Rica.

Thank you so much for putting this together. My partner and I travelled half way around the world to visit Shibden Hall (and friends & family) but have been in lockdown for the most part of the last 3 weeks. Look forward to watching this video... admire each of you for your talent and dedication.💕

Suranne Jones es una gran actriz, interpretó de una manera magistral a Anne Lister. Después de Suranne Jones otra actriz tendrá muchos zapatos que llenar y esperamos que  para la tercera temporada regresen el mismo cast

Fabulous interview!  Thank you so much.

Enjoyed this discussion so much. Thanks a ton.

The series was beautifully done. I just want to binge watch it on and on
