How to beat a judo black belt in a fight . blindfold him and leave

Soren is not just a judoka, hes a OLYMPIC level judoka!

as a judoka myself i really enjoy your content. its very interesting to see real sparring between different martial arts and not just MMA

So cool seeing how every blackbelt has their own style.

Hey Josh.I think you already knew him but there is a guy named Eduard Trippel.Hes a olympian silver and bronze medalist and hes very young and trying to grow his youtube channel. I think this would be very cool because he would be your strongest opponent in judo so far and it also would help him w his channel even more.I hope you will colab soon

No-gi judo would be neat.

Random trip out of nowhere is pretty much how you know someone's done Judo. Seeing it is hilarious every time.

Moreeee Sensei Josh, more Judo videosssss please. Heck, I hope you transition into a full Judo channel haha.

We need to give Judo the respect it deserves since UFC refuses to acknowledge Judo. They have an agenda to make BJJ the biggest martial art in the world.

Judo Is like.. another level.

Amazing video… as a karate black belt, I became obsessed with fusing judo and BJJ… my career has afforded me the opportunity to get black belts in both. (Two wheels of the same bicycle as my judo coach would say). Continued success in your endeavors.

Josh in the judo world refer to this time of being thrown at will by black belts is “earning your wings” excited for you on your journey

“Judo initiates the throw, BJJ finishes it”
-Quote by Roger Gracie and Gordon Ryan.
Josh? Just do Judo if you like it so much.

Thanks for sharing your extraordinary experiences. I think Mr Beam has done really well to endure. The guys he was fighting weren't average Judo Black belts, they were all successful International players. I am impressed that Mr Beam even would train with these guys let alone last the entire length of all the matches. Amazing!

I love that you thought you got out from Toni's pins. He let you out haha. Great attempts and even better attitude man! love it :)

"...And with that, I think it's time I get my blackbelt." 🤣
55:12 That sound is very nostalgic indeed. It can look good, but unless you hear that sound, you know it wasn't perfect.
And at exams : No sound = Automatic Kata fail.
Lol, how that Jason guy is trying very hard to do everything wrong,,, and basically signalling the openings. But it's as if ..uh.. Josh never noticed, or was busy thinking about trying to do 1 specific move, even without that oportunity presenting itself.
Very human,.. conditioning by repeating is very much Judo...like all them west asian Martial arts.

honestly cool to see different people from different martial arts in the comment section just apreciating one another

When you recover from your injury please start training in judo. You already know enough moves for the first 2 belts. I would suggest you to focus and learn some more advanced throws. I really hate tsurikomi goshi, bcs when you hit the floor your hands are all lifted up and you just smash. Learn kata guruma,  soto makikomi , utsuri goshi and ura nage. Ura nage is in my next belt promotion (brown belt) and I still haven't figured it out. Pls also make a video with Shintaro Higashi. I really like his style.

15:29 It turns out the only way to beat a judoka is to make him do jiu-jitsu. Gracie combos, where you at?
