22:03 I’m glad y’all recognized that the weapons stored in those cases wouldn’t be loaded/have ammo. Every other reactor was like “Durrrr why didn’t she just grab a gun?”

That pause during the gun test was such nice writing. The distinction for her that her life wasn't in danger before the other woman had a functioning weapon and as soon as she finished it, she became a threat to her life. Great visual character building.

That stupid joke, "may I be Frank?" Got me so hard in the theatre lol

I love it when John was so Effortless while fighting Eve

Ana de Armas did an amazing job doing her own stunts. Love her commitment to it especially the flamethrower fights

This was Lance Reddick's last role, released posthumously. He was so cool.
The town is Hallstatt in Austria

I can't get enough of this movie, Ana de Armas trained so hard for this and it shows. Excellent addition to the John Wick universe!

The grenade sequence is amazing

The village feels so resident evil

A deleted scene actually explains the movie's placement in the John Wick timeline (it takes place during "3", between John meeting the Elder in the desert and returning to New York to kill Winston), as well as giving more context as to why John avoids trying to kill Eve during their fight.

They say this movie didn’t do well but I enjoyed it. I really didn’t expect to either.

This movie had STYLE man

I find it funny that they're like "how are these club goers not seeing this?!" Oh, they see it. They just don't think it's real because they're as high as a kite. Or drunk off their ass. Hell, in the second movie, the people at the party believed John killing people on stage was part of the show.

@thedarkknight2221 1 year ago

The general moviegoing audience for John Wick that DIDN’T see this in theaters should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. Because this amazing movie wound up losing Lionsgate money we may never get a sequel to this absolute amazing movie and see more of Eve’s journey.

Love how the movie has Eve kick so much ass and then the second she goes up against John, she's outmatched in every way. Also aside from meeting her before, I definitely think John knew her father and that's why he really didn't want to kill her.

@niallbrooks3492 1 year ago

I like that they didn't nerf John just because this is Eve's movie. They kept him as we knew him and he could have killed her at anytime but held back, showing he was still the best around

Love how you can clearly tell that the revolver at the beginning of the movie would've had an empty chamber the way it was loaded. Scene probably was shot by the original director.

"Slavic Jon Hamm" is Daniel Bernhardt. He's been in John Wick 1 and I think the other ones as well, but most noticeably in 1. He's the agent on top of the truck in Matrix Reloaded. He's in one of the best episodes of Barry.
