This time, we take a nostalgic trip to Indrali Satishanna’s Omlet Angadi – Hardhik Canteen, a small, old-school roadside food spot in Udupi.

No fancy interiors, no big restaurant setup — just a simple tin-roof shop, a hot tawa, freshly made omelets and the irresistible aroma of ಬೆಚ್ಚ ಬೆಚ್ಚ ಗೋಳಿಬಜೆ. 😋

This visit was more than just about food. It felt like going back to the good old days — simple food, local flavours and that familiar Karavali nostalgia that you just can’t find everywhere.
