Still insane that a kid who bought Gold and Silver back in the day, only to work on the remakes years later. Stuff like this is awesome to hear

Not sure if falling asleep with Pokémon facts is a good idea since there are too many Pokémon that know "Dream Eater" you know

All their hard work to make every pokemon able to follow you in HGSS was so worth it, really makes the games feel personal and helps bond with your team

I visited Japan for the first time a couple of years ago. Brought my childhood Gameboy Advance and a copy of Pokemon Red version. The wave of nostalgia that hit me as the train passed the Nintendo building while I defeated Misty's team was huge. Pokemon games are cool man.

Oh! I wonder if the ghostly looking white Pikachu in Pokopia is a reference to the unused white Pichu? I guess it grew up and evolved

Honestly think having to delay Mewtwo Strikes back worked out for the best, I think think the version we got would have been a lot better than the original idea. Appreciate these long format videos, nice to have on my 2nd monitor while doing other stuff.

65k different versions of OG pokemon would have been insane beyond just the ID#, jesus

Best way to take a nap…or stay awake cause of the facts and the need to win poke trivias

Although red and blue were my first pokemon game. Gold and Silver will forever hold a special place in my heart. Just the scale of it, you can tell the devs put alot of love into it.

I’m going to go to sleep in about seven hours so I’ll start this now.

Pokémon Gold was my first absolute favourite and I'd fall asleep in a nice town to listen to its music.

I was very young when gold/silver came out, and it blew my mind being able to visit Kanto. I was confused why it looked different, but I know now it was because the games were made by people, not their own little worlds.

Lugia's theme is gorgeous. I love how much effort and time was put into her soundtrack

Man, Pokemon has had my heart since I was 6 and now 30 years later nothing has changed. Pokemon has taught me and many others how to overcome losses, how to handle challenges, and the power of friendship. Overall it’s taught the valuable lesson of not giving up and dream big!
