Hello, today I made "Steamed Pollack Roe Eggs" using dried pollack roe. ^^
You probably make a lot of dishes using eggs at home.
Eggs are considered a complete food.
They contain not only protein, but also vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients)
5 eggs (1 1/4 cups), 1.5 pollack roe,
30g onion, 10g carrot, 2 green onions,
1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 3 pinches salt,
1/2 tsp palm oil, sesame salt
Directions)
1. Chop the onion and carrot and thinly slice the green onion.
2. Peel 1 pollack roe and thinly slice 1/2.
3. Remove the strings from the eggs, beat them finely, and mix in the shelled pollack roe, cooking wine, salt, and vegetables.
4. Bring water to a boil in a pot, then reduce heat to medium. Pour in the egg mixture and stir for about 4 minutes, until fluffy.
5. Reduce heat to low, add the thinly sliced pollack roe, cover, and cook for 4 minutes. Then, sprinkle with sesame oil and sesame salt. Turn off the heat and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
