I been to hope plenty of times. Doesnt matter how many times I have visited , every time it has something new to offer.

Amazing! Thanks for stopping at 1965 Hope Landslide - I have been there twice 1987 and 1995 - it still looks very-very fresh after 55 of passing years from the tragic incident which trapped about 4 vehicles along with their occupants. It is a graveyard of number of individuals.

Nice street rod at 1:38:00. For those of you who don't know, Hope, BC is where Sylvester Stallone made his first Rambo movie.

Hello. I believe you were following the Similkameen River during this trip. This is one of my favourite two rivers, the other one being the Bow River, which runs from Banff through Calgary. I was living on the west coast and was 7 years old when I heard about the Hope Landslide. Very sad. I’ve been fortunate to visit it a few times over the years and pay my respects. Also, I’m not sure if you know, Hope is where they filmed the first Rambo movie. Thanks for another great video. I’m enjoying these B.C. trips.

👍❤🍷Bravo for the great contribution to all those who enjoy driving and enjoy sightseeing tours. There are so many individuals they enjoy driving on this highway, but financial and health related also social circumstances forbids them to full-fill their dream and desires. This and similar videos allow them to have the chance to accomplish that and enjoy. Thanks and God bless. I have driven on this road about 12 years ago and the weather was not very cooperative...!

It been 20 or so years since I’ve been over that road. I see there has been a lot of upgrades made to it in that time, especially through the eyes of a truck
driver. All of the nasty bits are gone. Lots of passing lanes etc. Thanks for the ride.

At 33:45 there is a driveway on the right side of the road. There used to be two cabins there, however, sometime in the past 2 years they were demolished. Was always an interesting sight to see on the drive by.

I live 1.5 hours from Hope or so. Whenever i take a trip through manning park or elsewhere, Hope is the place to stop, get fuel and some food and carry on. Small town , but a lot of traffic because it's a junction to 3 other highways
