The only problem I found about this video is that it ends! Hahaha, honestly, I would listen to you for hours! I'm studying for being a midwife and you motivate me to keep pushing. Thank you so much 💖

i really want to pursue a career in midwifery because I love medicine and empowering women and find birth very interesting and the female body. But i feel dissuaded because of the nhs falling apart. To study for so long and become highly skilled and not receive the adequate pay we deserve is heartbreaking. I still think I would want to do it as I feel like I find meaning through being passionate about work but I could make more money continuing my 9 to 5 and that bothers me. ..

The starting salary being 25k is definitely not bad especially when living with a working partner so bills are split, london may be expensive to live but for manchester that is looking like a tasty start 🤣🤣

13:9 true, I’ve also heard that even one mistake eg. medication can cause a big impact on the woman and baby.

11:26 what if as a midwife, you have children you have to look after at home would the manager allow you to change/shorten your schedule ?

Hi, I'm 18 y/o and incoming college student next year. I started watching your videos since last week. and it's great because i've gain a lot of information. And I just wanna ask if I'm going to take the midwifery course, is it okay if I'm not good in mathematics? Some of my friends said that if I'm going to take the bsm I need to be good in math 😅 (but I'm suck in mathematics, not so suck😅)
