In this video I walk you through painting 5 different birds in a sketchbook using watercolors, colored pencils and Caran D'Ache Neocolor II crayons.  This video aims to get you creating in a free and fun manner.  There is an emphasis on experimenting with the materials and letting go of perfectionism.  I have provided 3 reference photos found on www.pexels.com - a European Robin, Chickadee and Blue Jay.  I also paint 2 fictional birds, along with some foliage.  Use whatever supplies you have!!  Come paint along with me as I create a fun bird themed spread in my sketchbook.

Supplies Used:
Basic watercolor set
-Caran D'Ache Neocolor II crayons (various colors)
Colored pencils
Faber Castell Pitt Artist Pen in black (acrylic paint markers will also work)
**You don't need these exact supplies - use whatever materials you have - acrylics, gouache, soft pastel, oil pastels, pencils, crayons, markers, - anything goes!
