He did flips that many of my students had never tried—not just simple backflips, but double twists and falls...

For those who don't know me yet: I've been a Parkour instructor for 5 years (with a CONI certification), and I've been practicing this sport for 10 years. My social media channels were created primarily to promote this sport and ensure everyone can practice it safely!
