Dieselcraft Waste Oil Centrifuge — live demonstration.
This unit is powered by a 1/3 HP motor and a 2 GPM gear pump. Close the bypass valve, build pressure to 40–80 PSI, and the rotor comes up to about 8,000 RPM. At that speed it removes particles down to less than 1 micron — without disposable filters that plug or need replacement.
Use it on:
• Waste motor oil
• Waste vegetable oil
• Hydraulic oil and dirty transmission fluid
• Diesel fuel
• Biodiesel (glycerin removal)
Heat the oil to 180°F. The centrifuge takes out water and solids. Then the oil is ready for fuel blending.
Tabletop centrifuges may cost less at first, but limited capacity means more labor, extra equipment, shutdowns and cleaning. Dieselcraft has been solving fuel-quality problems longer than anyone in the industry. Competitors have copied the approach and come and gone. Dieselcraft is still here — innovating, improving, and leading.
