I think the song chosen is an appropriate one for the theme of the duel: Yuamu failed to become Otes and use Monster Reborn to try and become said person, Yudias (I assuming here) to save Yuamu and become Otes himself (at least I assume that's why he played "Monster Reborn"), and he failed to defeat Yuamu and Yuhi. The only one who didn't fail was Yuhi: Because he succeeded in saving his sister, and he saved Yudias from walking down a similar road, at the expense of becoming Otes himself. Still, badass looking fusion monsters that Yuhi and Yudias created.

Also, about the description.
Monster reborn was important symbolically and not exactly for the effect alone.

It has its mind sealing capabilities and it means a lot lore-wise.

They more so focused on it for that and it makes sense, even though the motivation for using it doesn't. 😂

If Yuhi is now Otes , I want to know what’ll happen with Yuamu/Dark Meister

Her goal has now changed seeing how Yuhi is now Otes and not her

When Monster Reborn was activated and when Yuhi became Otes was the most emotion she’s shown since becoming DM so maybe it reminded her of how she used to be

Will Yuamu still be a villain or will she return to the hero side and save her brother ? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️😃😃

Even today I'm still salty that Yuamu was robbed of this victory against Yudias, of course, it wouldn't be the first time that the female protagonist beats the male (Yuzu and Romim did it before, but there was nothing relevant at stake in these victories), here it would be the first time IN A ARC FINALE, that a victory or defeat would have huge consequences for the rest of the story, and seeing as Yuhi-Otes wasn't that great, it would have been much better if Yuamu turned into Otes and Yuhi brought her back in a duel later.

I liked the ark I just didn’t like that everyone was fighting over who would become Otes.

Well, if yuhi is reall the sevens otes, as we have yet to finish this show, then goha yugas monster reborn would explain why the sealing didn't work. You can't seal what has already been sealed

I must say, although I think that this season was all around bad, I really liked the final duel and the following minutes along with the preview has finally made me get interested for new episodes again after SO LONG!

The reason being that MY BOY OTES IS ACTUALLY BACK!
IN THE FLESH!
IT IS ACTUALLY HIM!

Also, I like how Yuhi FINALLY did something this season because he was just a laughing stock til now. I am happy for him.

Well, dammit. I guess Transamu Galactica Rainac will never happen now that Yuhi has it
