Broke the fuck down again. 20 days sober tomorrow. Quit my job. Single. Moving back into the parents in my 30s. About a month away from totally broke.
You are not unique in your struggles but surrounded by many who share many experiences. It’s just hard to see sometimes. There’s a reason while the rear view mirror is so small and the windshield so big. Good luck everyone.
please, PLEASE i just want my mom to feel better. I'm so scared. She's so sick, i hope she'll be okay as soon as possible. I can't even bear the stress
Does anyone else think that the best days are when it's rainy and dark out and you can just relax all day and listen to the rain or music while drawing?
I miss her. I miss them. I miss the version of my life where everything felt quiet, where I didn't have to fight my own mind every single day. Sometimes I hate waking up because it means facing the same problems that I still don't know how to solve. I hate myself for the decisions I made and for the ones I never wanted to make but had no choice but to live with. There are days when I feel like I've already lost everything that mattered, yet somehow I'm still here. I still get out of bed, I still carry the weight, and I still try, even when it feels pointless. Maybe I'm not healing as fast as I hoped, and maybe life isn't giving me the answers I keep searching for, but as long as I keep trying, I haven't lost completely. One day, I hope this pain will become proof that I survived the hardest chapter of my life rather than the end of my story.
If you're reading this while feeling like life has quietly fallen apart, I just want you to know that you're not weak for struggling. Some people are fighting battles that no one else can see, smiling in public while falling apart in private. Maybe you've lost someone you loved, maybe you've lost yourself, or maybe you've forgotten what peace even feels like. Whatever it is, I'm sorry you're carrying it. I don't have the right words to make your pain disappear, because I'm still trying to make sense of my own. But if you can, stay a little longer. Survive today. Then survive tomorrow. I hope one day you wake up and realize that the version of you who almost gave up became the reason you're still here. Until then, keep going. Not because life is easy, but because your story deserves the chance to become something more than just pain. You are not alone, even if it feels like you are.
For the person reading this, please, don't let today convince you that your entire future has already been written. Stay. Keep going, even if it's only one small step at a time. There is still a version of you that you've never met.....a version that has healed, smiled again, and found peace after believing it never would. Give yourself the chance to become that person.
It wasn’t until I truly understood the idea that no one is coming to save you, life started to get better. Life is a raw and honest balance of beauty and pain.
To all brothers and sisters out there, even if it’s just one of you who gets to read this, keep pushing on. There were be days ahead where it all seems impossible. There will be days where all your hard work feels like it is for nothing. This is the only life we get (as far as I know). Just keep putting one foot ahead of the other, invest your time in people who deserve it, and hold your family and friends close. Make mistakes and face your fears head on.
Had an interview for a job that I thought went well, said they'd be back in touch following week. Weeks passed now ghosted completely. Hoping for a better time soon
Sometimes, when the clouds are low enough and only just enough light is being reflected, it can create the appearance of perpetual twilight. I miss that. It doesn't happen where I live now. This is the music for perpetual twilight.
This has definitely been my comfort channel for the last month now. Helps me escape from reality for a bit. Especially when some nights are lonely or depressing.
It’s 4 am and I’m tired but I still got some kick in me. Life is slow but calming and I cant help but think of the future and love. I am really just a simple person and I think I want a simple life.
Being human is about Feeling the experience. That’s why memories fade, but we never forget how we felt in the moment. And it would be pretty boring really, if this experience was all good, all the time. Love you all 🤌🏼
