With my 6K a month pension as a retired police officer from California I can live like a king in AC, but I’m happily married for over 30 years it’s very hard to enjoy single life

Would be hard to keep it cool when it gets hot 🔥

If there was an enclosed garage you’d be all set chubs. Thanks Todd and Chad!

When you add an electricity bill of 6,000–8,000 PHP to that, it’s not exactly a cheap apartment.

Be great to see when finished, personally I would rather pay more and have electricity etc included.

They should charge more as they are providing a time travel visit to the 80s 😆

Great, informative video! I’d rather work with you guys on a rental because those studios were nice and Todd comes across as honest and upfront—a genuinely fair, cool dude. And Chubs, you rock too!

He changing 20 peso per kwh going rate is 11.79 peso per kwh. That make your power bill very high

Thanks Chad was wondering about what was happening with Todd these days. Will be returning again in November and looking for a place to be my homebase this time. Thanks and hope to see you in November. That is a good location for me I always liked that area.

Hi Chad !
Hey in the first minute of the video you called the unit that you were in a "studio".
That studio is twice the size of my current studio in Manila.
I love Angeles City... I'm very interested in this unit.
