09:05 Behind the Scenes

Cygames will broadcast the new "It's Show Time" TV commercial for "Uma Musume Pretty Derby," featuring Yutaka Take and Christophe Lemaire, nationwide starting Thursday, August 24, 2023.

The new commercial was created to commemorate the 2.5th anniversary of the release of "Uma Musume Pretty Derby." Yutaka Take and Lemaire perform a graceful tap dance. One of the highlights is their tuxedo attire, which is different from the racing attire they usually wear during races.

[Filming Story]
The commercial was filmed in a studio in Tokyo.
Yutaka Take and Christophe Lemaire appeared nervous at the beginning, but gradually relaxed and began to smile as the recording progressed.

In this commercial, the two performers even move in time with the music. They had many thorough discussions with the choreographer, and the two of them checked the timing and choreography with each other, and seemed to enjoy the shoot.

Towards the end of the shoot, the choreographer instructed them to "get into it!", and despite looking a little embarrassed, they performed a lively dance. Another highlight of this shoot was seeing them in tuxedos.
