Thank you for your therapuetic videos! I recommend to not use the steel spatula to flip pancakes as they damage your non stick pan. Silicon ones are softer and does the same job.

Ondo-nim, I love your videos, I remember watching them five years ago! Life has been hectic, but recently I started taking the time to watch all of them again. Thank you for your hard work, I am watching diligently from Eastern Europe and trying to learn Korean as well. However, I have read it is not as healthy to only drink tea instead of water, even if it does count as daily water intake. I hope you drink water from time to time, and you, your husband, and Green stay healthy as well!

We often feel our most relaxed and grateful when we slow down and savor the simple things. Self care comes in many forms like your solo picnic in nature and taking time to create delicious food. Watching you and your husband share daily activities is lovely. Many blessings for continued health, healing and happiness! 🌺🌸🐾💚🤎🧡🍁🎃

18:11 But please don’t use this kind of spatula on this pan, it is going to make the pan losing the non sticking material, It’s better if you use a wooden one. ☺️☺️☺️
