Did anyone realize at 50:45 Colby said the train is coming and then the rest of the group heard someone enter the house. Could that mean the killer enter the house as soon the train was coming so that’s how no one heard him coming?

Imagine you're an investigator trying to solve this, but then some ghost investigators come to the host and end up solving most of it-

You cannot convince me that the ghost didn’t get the shit scared out of it when the caretaker was talking about scaring an intruder.

Theory: around 7:55, Johnny, the tour guide, starts to talk about an experience he had. He said that he thought someone was breaking in, so he hid and jumped out to scare them, only to find no one there. What if the murderer was repeating the murder, and sneaking into the house. This would go along with Colby’s theory that the house is stuck in time, repeating the murders. This story could possibly give way to what happened.

Crazy theory!!! Could there have been 2 killers - Paul Miller and Reverend Kelly? Maybe Paul broke in and hid in the attic while the family and the reverend were at the church (creating the perfect alibi). Then they both committed the crime simultaneously Paul upstairs and the reverend downstairs. It would explain why no one heard anything. Also, the fact that the Reverend got on a train after the murders could mean that he was meeting up with his partner and accomplice, Paul Miller.

the way they were talking about a metallic smell and that’s how people usually describe the smell of blood

makes me sick to hear about what the killer did to the eldest girl... seriously how can people be so cruel and messed up.

Cats are protectors. I truly believe what Colby was saying about the cats. They know when ur sad, dying or sick. They lay on ur chest or lay with u for comfort

It’s literally crazy how Seth is related to Liz Borden like no wonder ghost attach themselves to him

"if you were here right now you'd be jumping too" no Sam, I would be crying thinking that I was gonna die.

Fun fact, this murder was so gruesome that it took the sinking of the Titanic OFF the press and made bigger headlines than the sinking of the Titanic.
