Howard Stern presses play on Eric the Midget’s self-produced “country show” — and the result is instant chaos. What Eric insists is a real radio program quickly reveals itself as a full-blown technical disaster.
As the clips roll, Howard and the studio expose every flaw: music blasting over Eric’s voice, nonstop talking over songs, missed countdown numbers, and a setup so bad Eric can’t even hear himself. When Eric tries to defend it, the room turns brutal.
Howard breaks down why this isn’t a creative choice — it’s a complete lack of radio fundamentals. The pile-on escalates when Eric starts talking about awards, future plans, and even pay, only for Howard to shut it all down in classic Stern fashion.
This segment is peak humiliation radio: Eric the Midget convinced he’s onto something big, while Howard Stern lets the tape do all the damage. An all-time “plays the tape” moment where Eric’s ego collapses on air.
