Great video really explains what is expected of you on the exam

Very helpful :)

Thank you. Very usefull.

Really useful video.

Excellent talk - thank you so much for the helping insights and advice!

Really good video should give candidates a real insight as to what is expected on the exam

Thanks a lot! Appreciate all this info!

Not sure I agree that a person didn't do a passage if they can't remember how many miles it was and what the bearing was, etc.  These types of facts may not be important to that person or they may have a poor memory.  I've done a ton of things that I can't remember details on, and I did them well...   I just have poor retention.

Really useful video. Poor audio though. I’m currently in the process of logging my qualifying miles for the exam. I’ve been sailing my own boat along the East Coast, and chartering in Croatia with family and friends. It’s been a couple of years since I completed my Yachtmaster theory exam, so I’ll need to refresh my knowledge of the COLREGs and chartwork. While paper charts are a thing of a past now, I do appreciate the importance of being able to navigate with them in the event of an emergency or electronics failure.

first thing i look for is safety and competance.

Thank you Ian and Phil. Great advice 👍
Ian, do you require a Deck/Engineer for this upcoming Season?

super useful video! My exam is a month away and this has boosted my confidence.

Thanks (^_^)
