The main thing that one should pray for, is strength in the time of weakness, many of those who cries at that very moment, may genuinely want to break away from their sinful habits, but have been trapped by the enemy, and life becomes a struggle, the heart became willing, but the flesh is weak, the enemy knows your potential, both spiritually, and naturally, he is the enemy that sow the bad seeds in the field at night when the farmer goes to sleep, and those seeds produce the fruit of dysfunction in many lives, there are lots of adults who grows up struggling because of childhood trauma, some people have different experience , and if it was not for the grace of God, many would fall by the way side, pray for those who are struggling .

Sometimes change can be instantaneous. Sometimes, it is a process of time. Slowly but surely, you will sin less and to a point overcoming it totally. Such process can take 3 weeks, three months or more. Nevertheless, repentance is still required.

Personal testimony. I used to be a "rageholic". Constantly manifesting rage and anger numerous times a day. I got delivered in a conference and didn't notice the difference till after 3 weeks! Glory to God. Later, the enemy tries to come back to manifest its old nature thro me but I recognized it. stopped it, and it (so called "the feeling") went away. It is defeated. Glory unto Him!
