I love this!!!!  I no longer care what other people think!  Retired, busier and happier than ever.

Great job Mark thanks for all your hard work...

I don't care what people think about me. I'm here to enjoy life. Not win a popularity contest!😊

I'm 21 and I like these videos

Lifestyle Marketing ends at 52. Oh what a relief it is.

I needed to hear this, thank you

I have never cared what others think.  Yes I have a house that is over 3000 square feet.  It is paid for.  My ten year old truck is paid for as is my funeral.  I did things at 18 that no one will know, including my family.  I have injuries from that that I am being compensated for.  Money is not everything.  I have been retired five years and eight months.  Keep the good videos coming.

Ahhh, the magic of turning 52!

The light bulb and battery analogy reminds me of a saying from the CEO of one of the companies I worked for.  He said, "I want drivers, not passengers."  I always thought that was a good line.  I was there for nearly 12 years, so I would like to think I wasn't just a passenger. 😆

Stay in the Moment .The practice of staying present will heal you. Obsessing about how  the future will turn out creates anxiety. Replaying broken scenarios from the past causes anger or sadness.Stay here in this moment. --S Mcnutt  (i read this everyday on my wall at work)

It’s lonely at the top! lol 😂

With age, comes gained wisdom and contentment. Obviously.

I see it is getting cool there, as I see your breath as you talk. We have cool mornings here in the upper 40/ low 50s. But it gets to the lower 90s during the day.

Energy Vampires creep up on you!

I've been cutting things out the last few years, both because I no longer want to waste the energy dealing with stupidity, and because I'm prepping to retire. One thing that surprised me was giving up my beloved whiskey, never had a problem with the amount, I actually hate being drunk, it was a couple drinks to relax and de-stress after dealing with work in the evenings. I hadn't realized just how many calories are in a bottle of blackberry whiskey, I'd packed on an extra 30lbs over a few years and wasn't even enjoying it, it was like drinking a cup of coffee. I cut down to 32 hours a week at work so the stress levels aren't anything like the "old days" and booze just isn't what I want/need anymore.

It's kind of funny, I guess I'm ahead of the curve, I've gotten rid of all the annoying/infuriating people in my life, cut out the last really bad habit I had, and have focused more on hobbies that I used to never really have time for. Knowing I won't have to deal with a job in a few years is liberating, I'll still work a few days a week for extra cash and to get me out of the house, but it'll be on MY terms finally. I watch a couple retirement centered channels, and one thing you all share is a quiet kind of PEACE, there's a calm focus that stands out. I can't wait to see that look in my mirror soon.

Hi brother amen

Props for getting your weight under control.  Curious how tall you are?

Since we can not get time back. Why in the world do people choose to force themselves to work 9 to 5, or longer, until they are 65, 70, 75, or beyond?  :text-green-game-over:

Think I did my last performance review this week. My last promotion application.

I'm 37 and retired at 21
