I bought into the at-home laser category so you do not have to guess. I tested three devices side by side: the Tria FRX, the Nira Pro 3, and the MimiSilk Iris. One of them earned a spot in my permanent routine. The other two did not, and I explain exactly why.

➡️ What each device actually claims to do, and what the marketing leaves out
➡️ How painful each one is in practice, not on the box
➡️ How long a full treatment realistically takes
➡️ Who each device is actually right for, including the two I did not pick
➡️ My honest verdict on which one is worth your money
My pick is the Tria FRX. It was the easiest to use consistently and noticeably less painful than the MimiSilk Iris, and consistency is the entire game with at-home devices. If you will not use it, it does not work.
