In witcher 3, there's a mision where you can kill a witcher that belongs to the school of the cat, but if you spare his life he will tell you where his hideout is. In said hideout there's a note about surviving members of the school of the cat and one of them may or may not be dead... His name is schrodinger...

In One Piece World Seeker, if you play as Zoro, the minimap will be blurred to represent how he is known for a terrible sense of direction in the series.

Also, the Sanji not doing damage to women extends to the Pirate Warriors series, where the game even warns you when selecting him that he can't hurt women if your opponent has a female character.

In Persona 5 Royal, after you save Joker from Akechi and the police, while in Leblanc before you enter the palace, Joker can sometimes be seen rubbing the back of his head. This is because the detectives who were interrogating him, hit him in the back of the head at the beginning of the game.

Another thing about house flipper is that some levels won't allow you to sell furniture that isn't relevant to the client's request. When doing so, subtitles saying that "it's wrong" or "I shouldn't steal" will appear.

One of the lines even says "This isn't thief simulator" as a reference to another game named exactly like that.

Since Jump Force was brought up. If you do a fight with Dio involved, you can only do fights on maps when it's night time since he's a vampire

Mr. X is just very conscious and insecure due to male baldness. Poor guy. When you're a big mean BOW, there's nobody to pour you heart out to. There is Nemesis but dude's just a weirdo obsessed with Jill.

Drinking bleach in Project Zomboid is not case of letting players do stupid things. Its actually usefull thing you might want to do sometimes. Bleach is safest way of suicide, if you are infected and die this way your body will not tranform. This makes getting your gear back easier and in multiplayer removes risk of your corpse infecting other players

In Mafia 2 Definitive Edition, In the prison courtyard while searching for Leo Galante you can overhear a scrawny, malnourished looking inmate who is hunched over and wearing a gray jacket muttering "All your base are belong to us. You have no chance to survive make your time."

In outer wilds, if you die via running out of oxygen, you will wake up with a big gasp

Speaking of not hurting women, in GTA4, when Niko hijacks a car of a woman driver, he will pull them out gently or insist they get out on their own and will not punch and kick them. I'm not sure if you covered that detail.

In project zomboid the bleach is known for being the only cure for zombification if you know what i mean

In Alan wake 2, in the dark place, almost all signs have deeper meaning adding environmental storytelling, it’s easy to miss it because on first impact they look perfectly normal (like the hydrant on outlast 2)

You sure he's checking for his hat? Almost looks like he's breaking his neck and fixing it back lol

The bleach is for when you get zombiefied, and don't want your character to walk off.

In Jump Force all the stages are in a day but When you choose Dio from JOJO Bizarre Adventures the stages changes to night time because Dio is a vampire.

Zomboid really makes my fantasy come true like drinking bleach

in call of duty ghosts, during the mission "no mans land", there is a moment where you have to stealthily take out an enemy, you can shoot this enemy and move on or command your K-9 companion riley to kill him and your team mate will tell riley what a good boy he is

In A Quiet place the game,at the beginning in the cabin before you leave, a hat that looks just like Clementines from the TellTale TWD series is nearby. Instead of a D it is a C same hat color and design
