We started building our house a year ago and we were sure that 500,000 PLN would be enough. After a year of construction, we already know one thing: the cost of building a house in 2026 looks completely different. At this stage, we've already paid around 900,000 PLN, and it's still not over.

Przy domu - dom w leszczynowcach udało nam się od papierów aż do wprowadzki zamknąć w 600k a w środku było juz wszystko wliczając nowe meble. naprawde nie robiliśmy tanio.
Stali też było sporo. 3 albo 4 tony jak dobrze pamietam.
Stal na strop panowie ogarneli w jakieś pare dni. Tam nikt nie siedział miesiącami.. to tez wydaje mi sie dziwne.
Obdzwaniacie rozne sklady za materialem? Jak z wycenami fachowcow ? Wiecie jakie są duze przebitki?
To oczywiście jest możliwe, bo każdy kto budował dom, wie że na dowolne pracy można dostać oferty różniące się właśnie dwu lub trzykrotnie i... często trafi sie jeleń, który - tak ja sama Pani zeznaje - "lubi szybko podejmować" decyzje - doświadczeni oferenci portafią takich znakomicie wyczuć i wydoić :)
