I still love my Traveler’s Notebooks (and always will!) but I’ve been learning to appreciate what I already own instead of constantly chasing the next new thing.

I have always wanted a Traveler's notebook regular size for a long time now! Since I have also liked traveling I made it a goal to only get a Traveler's Notebook when I go to Japan. For the meantime, I have a TN Regular size cover made by a local leather company

Very interesting thought process. Thank you for sharing! My approach to not getting every cover existing is similar in terms of the colors. I own a blue, an olive , a brown and a camel standard cover. One book in every color sits right with me. Also I don’t need more than 4 Covers to house all my journals and planner inserts. Red and Black aren’t my colors, so I talked myself out of those very easily. With the special editions it’s a lot harder not to get tempted, especially when a new one arrives and all these unboxings are happening. But I look at it very carefully and always ask myself: Is this something I might enjoy and like for more than 1 Year? Doing this for every design, I found out that the only one speaking to me is the Narita with Mount Fuji. This I want to get if I ever fly to Japan, so it would make a great souvenir and be even more dear me. Until then I hold back and try to enjoy my covers through customizing them with charms.

I have a similar rule, except it's 1 cover for every size. Right now I only have a cover for A5 and B6 and I already feel its enough for me. Even though sometimes I want to get a TN 😂. But that also means if I am able to sell a cover I no longer enjoy, then I can get a new one 😊
