Felix's 'Unfair' is inspired by Beauty and the Beast, the lyrics explain the beast's suffering as Felix imagines himself in his place and explains how he feelt, so if you don't know what it means and watch it directly you will feel it is strange lyrically and visually

23:10 "This is Changbin" Hurt my I.N biased soul but also simultaneously made me burst out laughing

Changbin did compose the Hallucination song, originally as a rap heavy song, but I.N loved it and asked Changbin if he can sing it. The song was modified to be more melodic as per I.N's suggestion

9:02 Groups are producing music with too many different genres because Kpop isn't a genre, it is the industry’s name

“As we are” could easily be a kdrama theme song

I think your line during Han's video "this is not the sound I expected" is the perfect way to describe Stray Kids.  They have their signature sound, but they will always hit us out of left field with something we never expect!

felix, "life is so unfair", Hyunjin, "life is so good". We love to see diversity.

22:54 Railway is about trains 😂😂🤣 Only true stays can understand my comment 😂

39:26 Seungmin played baseball since he was a kid too, he said he wanted to be a professional until a shoulder injury changed his path to become a singer

7:54Just hearing Chan clap made me know the meaning of the song. 😂😂❤

23:09 “this is changbin” brother that’s I.N 😭 what are you on

Bang Chan's Railway is basically about his fight with his inner self/insomnia/his drive for perfection etc.

Felix was telling the store of Beauty and the Beast from the Beasts perspective.

IN's song was written by Changbin originally so I understand the confusion on thinking it was Changbin song not IN in the beginning.

I first heard Han's song watching a TikTok video of a live concert where he started singing it. When he started running across the stage, he paused to sing the line right before the bridge ("Every time I see you cry . . .") and the entire stadium sang it for him. He paused and was so moved. He put his hand to his heart and shook his head. I have loved that song ever since. Japan certainly loved it. (Still, Ultra was my favorite, but that's Changbin for you. lol.)

Appreciated your reaction to HOP. It's refreshing to hear reviews when you came from a musical background because you are not just liking a song purely because it is from Stray Kids. For some back story, however, the songs were a labour of love for each of the guys with very personal meanings behind them. From my understanding/perspective, from oldest to youngest (and I may well be a little wrong in some of these understandings so don't shoot me ppl)

1) Railway (Bang Chan is leaving the interpretation up to the fandom) 🙂
2) Youth (Lee Know's life motto is Live a Simple Life in a Complicated World)
3) ULTRA (Changbin empowerment in finding the positives in best self)
4) So Good (Hyunjin letting go of the negative and embracing the good in life)
5) Hold My Hand (Han bridging the gap between his former self in the song Alien from 2021 and his current self in the song Human 2024)
6) Unfair (Felix inspired by Beauty and the Beast and ppl not seeing beyond the surface)
7) As We Are (Seungmin's kind of autobiographical song about letting go his childhood dream of being a baseball player due to injury and finding a new passion and team to share his life with)
8) Hallucination (I am unsure if this is as much a personal experience as much as a reflection for I.N. on fleeting desire)

Btw that was Tablo that whole beginning rap where it said it was changbin that was still Tablo 😭 that messed up

Fun fact: Han rapped two quintuplets in a row in Walking On Water, making him the idol with the longest quintuplet rap in kpop.

The groups in skz are 3racha (chan, Han, Changbin) Danceracha (Hyunjin, Felix, Lee Know) Vocalracha (I.N & Seungmin).
Lee know is the main dance leader and he was also a background dancer from BTS.
And you cannot lie to us your bias is Felix!!!!! (That means that he is the one you like the most)
(Sorry to any STAY's if I wrote something wrong or offensive)

Seungmin actually played baseball and wanted to be a professional but got injured and then became an idol

I love he's jamming to Youth and totally forgot to turn on the cc 😂
