We have to start naming and shaming these people. They keep getting away with it because nobody is putting the word out.

she was so weird and unprofessional  for that! i would of broke down 😭😭

I’m not responsible for any hair loss or breakage got me on the FLOOR 😭😭😭😭

Girl you ignored every red flag 😂

My first red flag from this is her deposit changed from $30 for a $180 hairstyle to a $25 deposit for a more expensive $250 hairstyle 😅

Honestly, my first red flag was when texted you with only a question mark. To me that screams unprofessional. When following up with any client, be they new or current, you ALWAYS say something.
So for example, after giving her prices and not receiving a response, she could have said: “Good morning, I just wanted to follow up with you regarding your appointment. Will the $180 price point and $30 deposit work for you?”

Maybe I’m too old school (even though I’m Gen Z), but the question mark response just irks me so much because it’s lazy. If a business is lacking with customer service, chances are they’re lacking in other areas too. Rule of thumb: the level of customer service will often reflect the level of other aspects of the business. If a business has lackadaisical customer service, run.

I literally hate when they do this like god bless you to run a business. Treat your people right your customers are why you stay in business

She know she wrong for that !!!

just triflin asl, i'll never forget when i booked a stylist a month ahead for the day of my bday and she cancelled on me and didn't send me back my deposit until a week later SMFH

Sounded like a scam for the get go. She was too focus on the money and not setting the appointment you had to ask her when she had availability. Major red flag.

Sending the question mark message and the "hey love" is very much a no go for me. Learn proper customer service language. Its gives hostile imo

I think she was taking advantage of you when you asked her about the edge control. She should have said no I supply that. And these she popped the "no worries" in there. More hostile lingo. That's give or take, but she was already being aggressive imo

wooow she was fake for that, i can’t imagine why the heck she’d say “pullin up” if she didn’t even show up very unprofessional

And this why I stick to my one stylist and hold on for life!

Great storytyme! I'm always on pins and needles b4 my hair appts expecting for the worst possible scenario "Appt canceled" especially when you have plans 😥 . BTW your vacation hair looked fire 🔥 eventhough that's not want you wanted. I'm going to check and see if you have a vacation vlog, I'm from the Caribbean and ❤️ your mannerism 😍

Also understand they do not care about your plans. Not their concern. They move very unprofessional.

Red flag you ask twice how many packs you needed she worried about the money

I would've been ready to fight 💀😂 on gang

Girl whattttt we’re birthday twins!! 2 years ago on our birthday I was trying to go Tulum…

I wish we felt like we could wear out natural hair. I get wanting to get your hair done but saying you don’t have hair you can wear out is kinda sad 😔
