R1 - Great plot, pretty much 90% of everything you need to know about Chimera.
R2 - Great graphics, awesome action packed gameplay.
R3 - gives a true meaning of resistance, but the plot was mostly about good/bad people and the protagonist carrying way more for his family instead of saving the world. Hale imo was a better character than Capelli only because he kept fighting while Capelli wanted to forget the war in R3. I still respect him when he told that Hale was a hero and he's the villain.

One of the most underrated trilogies of gaming

A remaster. A remaster is needed. And I'm not talking about an HD remaster, I'm talking from the ground up. (Maybe with Blur Studios doing the cutscenes? :D)

This franchise has such potential. I dream for a Naughty Dog reboot. Insomniac Games created an interesting universe, but lacked the drive to make it great. Resistance 3 was a step in the right direction. The post-apocalypse tone was executed perfectly, but I feel the development was rushed in the 3rd act.

Only from 1949 to 1957, the whole world transformed from a beautiful planet to a place of death and destruction.

they need to remaster all of the resistance games

Capelli was so much more dynamic of a character than Hale. Hale was basically like a 'master chief' of this series. Only cared about serving the military and completing his mission, which foolishly ended up leading him to be converted and killed, and opened up the wormhole. Capelli was a rude angry soldier with a concience that changed himself after the war and killing hale and wanted to protect his family at all costs. He has way more personality and complexity than Hale did.

Ahhh man, the Memories. I'm
getting soo many flashbacks, had so much fun with Resistance 1 & 2. Never played 3 but heard it didn't live up to its predecessors.

I would die to see this game get remastered 1 of the best games ever and also trilogies

you mean sending soldiers towards an enemy they know nothing about is lethal? What a surprise.

This trilogy is number one on my list of games that need a remaster and rerelease on ps5 and pc. Its time.

Man the Chicxulub crater needs to be destroyed or something. Its where the Chimera  planned to wipe out humanity, where the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs fell, and where the Necromorphs from Dead Space first started

we need a game on those 10 years russia was holding off the chimera, gives me metro exodus vibes

Anyone who says video games are not an artform needs this as a serious wake-up call.

Resistance was my first game for PS3, this game was also my first  multiplayer game on PSN.

Their relationship was more dynamic in those thirty seconds than any in the whole twilight saga. xD

I'm really enjoying the lore. I'm planning on playing the 3rd game at least.

Modern/futuristic technology with a WW2 style looks pretty cool

So many characters are seen with an M1911. (Some of them) and the M1911 isn't even a weapon you can use. Ranging from that soldier at the beginning of Resistance 2 and Capelli at the end of Resistance 2.

whish there was a 4th game
