I've been a dog groomer for over 30 years and despite playing piano longer than that, I find some things difficult because my 54 year old fingers are just not fast and limber like they used to be, so I have to find hacks to play my guitar without it being a chore 😂 Thanks for this video, I will try some of these hacks, I already use the anchor finger trick, that's incredibly useful- I STILL wouldn't be able to do some chord changes without it, lol😂 Just FYI, I have found that replacing my ring finger with my pinkie in that d minor chord has made that chord easy to play- I just can't get it in the position men play it in-not sure if it's my shorter fingers or just my lack of flexibility, but switching to the pinkie fixed it😊❤ I also just cannot do the A barre chord- I end up using the F Barre shape and just playing a sus 2😂 I know it's not the perfect solution, but I spent months trying to make my hand bend like that, to no avail, so I had to figure out something that works😂❤
