Practicing arpeggios has given me some tendon pain in my fretting hand. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!

How are you not getting any residual noise from removing your fingers or after leaving a string you just played into the next. I could see if you were palm muting going to the higher strings but you can't do that going to the lower strings.
