Most weak shots come from bad technique, not weak legs. Which mistake do you make most: plant foot, ankle lock, body lean, or follow-through?

every time I shoot now, it feels more effortless

You guys don’t forget to look at the ball throughout the process you’re striking it so you can’t hit it properly

I literally had the hardest shot in my country and I'm still watching this, good video agreed with everything

Your BODY is a whip, your leg is just the tip that breaks the soundbarrier

Coach, I am a good dribbler but the only problem is that I always look at the ball while dribbling due to which
1 i can't see the approaching defenders so they just sprint and kick the ball
2 I don't get to know the exact position of the goal so i can make a shot
Can you please tell me how to stop looking downwards and not lose my dribbling skills at the same time...

Great video! I also found out that when everything else is done correctly shooting power can be limited to your leg swing speed. It's about the speed in the moment of contact, larger swing dont give you additional power

Generating power is about weigh transfer... it's just like boxing, golf, and tennis. Learn how to control your body, your hips, anchor position and the turn "timing" would allow you to generate alot of "swing", that's where "actual power" comes from. It's just science, but some people get it naturally, while some has been doing it without ever realizing it.

Point one is like making a fist with your foot. If you don't strike with a solid foot, you'll disperse the energy in your kick by deforming your foot. If you brace your foot in the boot, more of that energy will go into the ball.

As a cdm a get a lot of shooting opportunities outside the box so I always have to get that hard shot powerful
Sometimes when the shot is powerful and it hits the keeper it still goes in even if he saved it

Coach can't lie, you showing me and teaching us this technique has gotten me to such a level of shooting that my school coach on the football team has made me his free kick taker
