Riven scares me. 😨 I hate laning against her because sometimes I get impatient and a good Riven player punishes that hard.
About Veigo. (I know you don’t like him but hear me out). I finally found my build. I’ll try to keep it short and explain the guts of the machanics.
Items: The Collector, immortal treads, Dusk and Dawn (don’t trash on it yet), death’s dance, LDR, infinity edge. Runes:PTA, Axiom Arcanist (don’t trash on it), transcendence, gathering storm, brutal.
Explanation. DND has the Phantom hit that doubles on hits at burst speed. Veigo has a semi BOTRK current HP on hit bonus damage (you don’t have to build BOTRk). Brutal is on hit. DnD doubles both. This turns Viego’s double hits into triple hits. LDR is where it gets nuts because every instance of damage gets the LDR buff. It’s a semi on hit item for Viego. Now Ult. When he teleports to a target location he will target the lowest health champion and will dump all on hit damage to that target. The 75% crit and AD with buff the splash but if you mark a champion with his first ability before you ult you get triple on hit dump to the primary target. On top of that axiom boosts it by its lower numbers because his ult is AOE but it’s still very significant…. Also LDR is pumping damage into each on hit layer as well.
Before you slam axiom for its cooldown when you get the free ult reset the underlying cooldown is still going. With axiom and a drawn out teamfight you have turned your ult into a basic ability.
Last thought the healing you get from the changes on dnd with immortal treads is really good.
This is just off meta enough to be me coded, but still sticking to his identity.
You do not have to play this I just wanted to know your thoughts. I put a lot of time into builds like this.
