A BIG thank you to Ery for making me the thumbnail!
Background:
In the War Within I prepared to make a "one shot" compilation of Ultimate Penitence, but after hearing about future buffs, I decided to wait. And that was worth it since its now doing about double the damage, and in Midnight the haste stacking we can do is insane (425%!).
We are boosting Ultimate Penitence with an old World buff from The War Within. Azj-kahet's whisper. This boost your haste by 50%, and is one of the main ingredients allowing the combo to function. Keep in mind the buff only last for 3 minutes, so you gotta be fast with finding a target!
There are a lot of talents in the disc priest tree that increase Ultimate Penitence aswell. While Ultimate Penitence says it is unleashing "Penance bolts" I doubt all of the modifiers are intended, such as Holy Ray that grants us a 45% damage boost!
The macro I used for the combo is the following:
/use Shadow Shard Sliver (pve haste trinket)
/use Potion of Recklessness (massive haste pot)
/use void-touched drums (drums, or heroism)
/cast power infusion (haste)
/cast evangelism (procs a lot of benefits)
/cast fireblood (dark iron dmg racial)
After the macro, cast Penance at an enemy and then quickly Ultimate Penitence.
I hope you all enjoy the video, thanks for watching and tell me what class you want to see a one shot with next!
