Look at the way we treat all other species on earth. Apocalypse isn’t just right, he’s far better than we are.

People think that Magneto is the X-Men villain but he's like bottom tier compared to other X-Men villains, Mr Sinister, Sebastian Shaw, Master Mold & yes Apocalypse are a lot worse

I know must of us remember that shoot of "rogue´s ass" thank you

I noticed several inaccuracies and omissions in this video that significantly affect its conclusion.

The first is Senator Kelly. The video presents him as someone who remained anti-mutant after everything the X-Men did for him. That's not what happened. Following his rescue, Kelly's views changed considerably, and he became much more sympathetic toward mutants. That's an important part of Xavier's philosophy because it shows that compassion and restraint actually can change people. Leaving that out makes it appear that Xavier's dream never produces results, which isn't what the series shows.

The video also describes Xavier as "a general who calls himself a pacifist." Xavier has never been an absolute pacifist. He trains the X-Men to fight, authorizes force when necessary, and personally engages in combat himself. His philosophy has always been that violence should be a last resort, not that it should never be used. That's a significant distinction.

Another issue is the claim that the X-Men "perform weakness." I don't think that's supported by the series. Storm levels armies with weather. Rogue throws tanks. Cyclops destroys Sentinels. Jean restrains entire groups telekinetically. The X-Men never pretend to be weak. They simply choose not to abuse their power after they've already won. That's restraint, not submission.

The Asteroid M section leaves out perhaps the most important piece of context. The video presents it as though humanity simply attacked Asteroid M. In reality, Fabian Cortez launched missiles at Earth without Magneto's authorization. Magneto was furious, condemned Cortez's actions, apologized to Senator Kelly, and offered restitution. Only after Earth had been attacked did it launch its assault on Asteroid M. Whether Earth's response was justified is a separate discussion, but omitting the missile attack fundamentally changes the sequence of events and makes the conflict appear one-sided.

The ending of Asteroid M is also presented without important context. Magneto didn't destroy Asteroid M because he concluded Xavier was right or because he thought it was the better course of action. Asteroid M was already dying. He chose to remain aboard because it represented his dream, and he wanted to see it through to the end. It was a tragic personal decision, not a philosophical surrender.

Finally, I think Apocalypse's philosophy is oversimplified. The video suggests he is merely describing reality rather than advocating an ideology. Apocalypse absolutely has an ideology. He believes the strong should rule because strength determines worth. That applies just as much to weak mutants as it does to humans. He isn't arguing for mutant equality; he's arguing for survival of the fittest. That's a major difference.

"I know more of this world than you can even dream...
That is why I must destroy it!"

Bad people do good things all the time and they can even be right about things too but that doesn’t mean they are not still bad people, likewise good people do bad things all the time and they can even be wrong about things too but that doesn’t mean they are not still good people. Why is this so difficult for people to admit??..

Why didn't they just tell Nur the truth?  Did they really think he'd say "Godlike power?  Screw morality, I'll take it!"  There is little reason to believe he would react this way.  Nur is already very powerful, and gives no indication of being hungry for more.  On the contrary, his superior strength caused him a lifetime of servitude.  Which also makes no sense - how would someone that strong being enslaved in the first place...  "different looking" or not?

Magneto is supposed to be smart, and yet he destroys their only way home, all based on a wild guess:  "Charles said something about a temple that may have the technology we need."   Charles is also supposed to be smart, yet neither of these two geniuses thought "how does Nur get his power" and decide to lead him to this "mysterious temple of great power?"  Brilliant.  Then Nur accuses Charles of "trying to stop him" in the temple - when they are the very ones who asked him to go to the temple in the first place.

Season 2's writing is abysmal by any metric.  So while I am moved by your passion for the series, seeing you try to go into a deep analysis on material that the writers themselves hardly thought about for more than 10 seconds, is a bit ridiculous.  There is no deep profound philosophy to be found here.  Coincidences maybe.

In this context It's even more interesting that Xavier was actually modeled after Martin Luther King and the discrimination against African Americans

So both Xavier & Magneto played Apocalypse. And it's funny when there's need for homeless & animal shelters, school fundings & other places there's no money to be found. But when there's money needed for wars or invading other countries the govt has endless money in their pockets.

Sounds alot like the way we live today

i can understand at least registering mutants and restricting some of them to an extent. but they go too far at times and yet still, i can understand because admit it or not, mutants afyer a certain level of power, can become too dangerous. they are likely only in the 10 percent but that 10 percent can really wreck shit if any of them lose it. these are the people who can invade your personal life and ruin it and cause all manner contraversy on the small scale to flat out controling masses warping reality and make the laws of science to be more like suggestions. locking them up in camps is over the top tho.

There are a lot of times the X-Men get involved in situations where they try to make the situation worse it claimed to be fighting for the peace and acceptance especially the comic book version is they are not Heroes Jean Grey Professor X tearing the people's minds rip stuff out of them without permission they are the most dangerous of all mutants any psychic telepath every last one of them the most heroic mutant of them all is probably Wolverine as he doesn't always join the X-Men he often joins The Avengers and other teams and fights to protect the entire world Charles Xavier a lot of ways is a hypocrite

Where was Apocalypse during Master Mold and the Sentinel terror? Also where was Apocalypse and X Men during Infinity Wars

voluntary collective mutualism is the greatest strength life has evolved... it is the winning strategy by far. Only the vary stupid think that individual power of anyone can  be more efficient and effective as the collective. Mutants ARE human...and what we are really talking about is Bigots who want to attack the collective to control it's continuance in an authoritative regime and purify humanity of it's undesirables (the fascistic impulse, or the Group Fantasy) who themselves dnt represent different images of human evolution but instead an image of posthuman digitizaiton. Memorax valuing fidelity over inovassion

In other words Xavier is the problem.

in a sense he is right just not in the way apocalypse thinks, those of strong wil mind and body wil always be in charge so in  way yes they wil rule but it doesnt have to be with force or tyranie they can also rule with compassion and freedom.
the x men is are not wrong there just to early, when humanity isnt ready yet you dont show youreself you wait till they are ready, problem is it can take longer then you are alive.
in reality you can say wil wait and do our thing in a next life but when you have a group of people with an ideal you cant realy plan that,if i was the x men id stay away from people and bide my time for when they are ready and if they wil not be ready in time wel they wil never know what they could have already had.
no the writters actualy did a cruel thing and showed who they are,the x men finaly had there moment things where good and they destroyed that in more ways then one, when the x men had there moment they destroyed it when gambit finaly had his chance with rogue they destroyed it by having rogue go with magneto and old man in his 60's.
wolverine was about to have his arc devolving into an animal and find his way back to beeing human they skipped that pretty much destroying it,they seem to like destroying good things.
and most people watchign the show didnt seem to mind it they just consume because it looks flashie and cool,i didnt like several things because it reeks of either hints of woke or writters destroying charcs.
funny enough they made all the villains of the show better and cooler and all the heroes look worse, that says allot about the writters.

This is not a kids show. Lol.

Rogue has a southern arse

AI is ultra cringe

Immediate 👎 for the ai voice over.
