The Pedra do Vidal in Pancas, Espírito Santo, is the most beautiful mountain in the state, and the ride was here, in the "Brazilian Switzerland."
We returned to Pancas, Espírito Santo, for a training ride on the famous Pedra do Vidal. We literally climbed to the top of the rock, ascending over the rocks and passing through several mountain bike trails.
Espírito Santo is one of the most mountainous states in Brazil, and Pancas is known as the "Capixaba peaks." Pancas is the city with the most mountains, and mountain ranges close to each other, perfect for mountain biking.
We went with the group to challenge 3 tough hills there:
One with a 27% incline
One with a 33% incline
And the last one with a 40% incline
Only 3 managed to complete the last one without any problems; even going down was difficult.
