Chicken with Peppers, Sausage & Plenty of Personality!

Chef Jean-Pierre

This Mediterranean Braised Chicken is inspired by the classic French Chicken Basquaise, but with my own twist! Tender chicken is braised with colorful peppers, tomatoes, garlic, Andouille sausage, olives, white wine, and fresh herbs for an incredibly flavorful one-pot dinner. Easy to make, comforting, and absolutely delicious. Serve it with barley, rice, mashed potatoes, or some good crusty bread. Enjoy, friends!

As a former broward county resident I love hearing about all the places you shop. Hope next time we are in Florida I run into you.

I often watch your videos whilst going through a horrific hangover. At those times I need something positive to get me through.

Watching your latest videos is always a highlight of my week, but seeing uploaded episodes of Sunshine Cuisine from 1994 takes it to another level! It’s amazing to see that your enthusiasm, charm, and love for teaching have been there right from the start. Thank you for all the incredible cooking education and entertainment over the years, Chef!

Most people's aversion to a food comes from a childhood experience, I've wondered what Jack's was with olives 😊Thanks Chef, always a good day when you're in it
