When I was drinking I didn't even want to be on this earth. Then one Sunday something clicked. I planted a seed in my head that I was going to get sober for my three beautiful children, to be the best father and the best person I could be. I didn't believe in myself at the start, but I dug really deep with determination and willpower and I got there.

There's more to life than alcohol and drugs. If you want out, you got to want out really bad  it's not easy at all, but you can get there. I'm so grateful my missus and the kids stood by me through the rough and the smooth.

I feel like I owe them something, and I want to give back.I've had lovely messages saying a couple of people have stopped drinking after watching my videos. That's the whole point of this journey — to give people hope. When I was getting sober I was on YouTube looking for the best way to stop drinking too. Everyone's different, everyone reacts different.If you're struggling today, keep going. One day at a time.
