What questions do you have after watching s3e7? (btw thank you for your patience this week, I was sick so I had to take a few days off.)

Your theories are more interesting than others I’ve read. I think it’s because you treat the writers as intelligent and creative. You’re not just drawing lines to connect dots. You’re thinking about interesting ways the dots could be connected to tell a good story.

Safeguards are usually multi-layered. A single safeguard would be dumb if it fails. There's no such thing as a perfect safeguard. The poison pipe, is one layer of the safeguard. The purpose wipe out the entirety of the silo's population inside. For if the population gets outside like silo 17 there's something different. Because they went outside and were okay for a while until "the dust came back", then they died while clearly some corpses held each other like they knew they were about to die. Something came for them, that's another layer of the safeguard. Whatever came for lukas and Kennedy was likely another layer of the safeguard.

The algorithm said they were "neutralized". Not terminated.

Perhaps they were captured and Patrick was forced to tell the team they made it?

What she ment by “Daniel knows”is because he designed the drill but i believe a smaller version of it.

If you listen carefully to the conversation of Camille and the AI voice about the safeguard.
You notice it didn’t tell her anything about what happened in Silo 17. he asked her what she thought happened and added “key word is temporarily”

Very refreshing and insightful perspectives!

She’s been working to prevent the safeguard from being necessary…the algo said they can’t stop it if it’s decided to be used

I think Daniel’s memory got wiped. He might already know Helena and they might be dating already before the memory got wiped. One thing people missed is that when they first met at the bar, he thought it was a date and this line got brought back up when Daniel and Charlotte were talking before her mission.

Or...maybe the algo is grooming Juliette to be the next head of IT. She was allowed to try all the angles and will come to the realization that there is nothing out there for humanity and the SILO is it.

What if this guy built the silos so he could start the world over…. Maybe he is behind what happens in the planet…

The comparison of Juliette and Camille is compelling. But there’s a key distinction. Camille is only delaying the stop-gap. Juliette is trying to eliminate it altogether.
