There is a lot of new tech in these irons, they perform well and could be the most forgiving irons from this brand.... in fact, has this brand the most improved tech FIXED forgiving irons forever? Does this make them the best forgiving irons of 2025? Well we ask a Mid handicap golfer to out these irons to the test and see what the brand new 2025 Dynapower irons and Dynapower MAX irons are like! How far do they fly? He hit the max way better, everyone has their preference but I would go Max if they help me more. Everyone loves looks as well as do I but performance is way more important I believe

I love Wilson! Quality clubs, great price point!

I like that, you review clubs with average golfers, and not pros. Much more Applicable to the average golfer.

After owning Pings, Callaways, Cobras and Titleist over my 30 years of golfing, I went out and splurged on a new set of irons about 2 years ago. Surprisingly while getting fitted, It was suggested to me to try a set of Wilson D9 irons (not the forged version) because I was looking for a little more distance (these clubs have stronger lofts) - as my swing got slower due to age. I have to say, Wilson had always had a stigma of being "cheap" (both price and quality) so I was quite surprised by how easy they were to hit and well built they were. Needless to say I saved about $400 purchasing this set - this included custom fitting - and I am quite happy with this set and look to play with them for a long time. Side note - my son purchased the forged version of the D9 and I can get on with those as well even though they have weaker lofts than the regular D9s. Just thought I might share my personal experience with the Wilson product - enjoy the outdoors and keep swinging!

Wilson had such underrated irons. I wish I had a set now.

Wilson really came back into the game over the last few years. Been playing Srixon ZX7 MKii as aell as Titleist T100 irons last several years depending which state im in as i kept clubs at our old place in AZ and now in UT but a rep talked me into trying the Wilson line up and dang, the model CB's just sold me and went right into the bag. Many people turn away from Wilson because they became big box store cheapo irons for so long. Even i said there's no way in hell Wilson are going in any bag. Yeah i ate my words on that one.

I love my Wilson D9s. They replaced a 15 years old set.

Not surprised Wilson can match any other brand but just offer better value it’s criminal that more people don’t at least try them.

Function over form ALL day. I don't care if it's a huge hybrid pw as long as it works! I'm an 8 handicap (well, 7.8) and I could not care less about the looks of whatever I swing!

I have always loved Wilson Irons. I now have the D9 irons. I would definitely like to try these myself. Thanks for another great comparison video.

The Dynapower Max may be a nice compromise for someone thinking about the regular Dynapower but needing the launch and forgiveness of the Launch Pad irons (like me). I saw the Max irons and the regular Dynapower today at Dick's and I think I would go for the Max. They look a little bit like the old Cobra 3100 irons from 25 years ago and those were great irons.

the big ones remind me of my first pings ..bought in 1980 ..good for play and work ..I was golfing and a logger..they were used to knock trees down

Great your using an average swing speed golfer. He was miles more accurate and consistent with the Max. Cant understand stand him prefering the standard model. Think it was an ego thing.

I like your review of clubs using an average golfer, and not pros. It's much more life-like to us, average golfers.

I can’t understand why people are so concerned about how a club sounds.

I bought the dynapower forged last year with stiff graphite, and love them

Just traded my Taylor Made Stealth irons for Wilson Dynapwr forged irons. Wilson just Excellent!

In the USA, the big golf retailers may carry Wilson online, but you won't find them in the actual stores. So we can't see them or try them. Wilson should work on getting the 'golf galaxies' of the country to actually stock their equipment. I would at least try them in a hitting bay. I have no interest buying a club I can't test out.

Biggest off put for me is hate large offset on irons, also prefer a matte finish over chrome T250s or P790 is the chunkiest I can go to and both have minimal offset as I like where my shots draw - large offset amplifies the ball going left

Personally at a 18 Hcp have the T150s at the moment (which as a fast swinger works perfectly for me)
